The sea reunites in its sine an accumulation of wonders that has been possible to know by means of the study of the geologic phenomena that have happened through time and which they explain the origin and the distribution of the oceans in our great house, that is the Earth. Before all those marine wonders a futurist vision has been born: the man, does not conform to only having to the sea like an immense breeding ground and like communication channel, he wants to turn it a place that can be inhabited permanently. Of that intention tests and experiments are taking control already.

In order to be able to take advantage of all the oceanic wealth we must know and respect the laws that protect them. This way the breaking of the order of the nature will be avoided, and the resources will continue being, indefinitely, sources nonexhausted of foods, medicines, raw materials and of pleasing for the human sort.
